The rooms are small, furnished mainly with beds, which are equipped with hard mattresses, some of which are uncomfortable.
The host is apparently kind but totally disinterested in the problems I noticed and sent someone to clean only once in 8 days, although I suggested that they quickly fix the mess found on the first day of accommodation.
The conclusion is that the rate charged for the rental is huge for what is offered, the situation of the villas being an advanced deterioration and total neglect, deserving a maximum of 1 star. This location is not recommended at all, although it has a good location, near the beach.
