Рекомендую, но есть нюансы. С одной стороны, уникальная, удивительная локация невероятной красоты! За неё и за виды из окна, собственно, такие цены. И, пожалуй, за безопасность, чистоту и тишину в самом центре города (а одним из ваших критериев поиска отеля в Марселе всегда будет безопасность). С другой стороны, за такую цену ожидаешь чуть другой уровень комфорта. Скажу так: конечно, overpriced из-за локации и вида, но если это не учитывать, то для мобильного соло-путешественника или для активной пары — вполне приемлемый, современный и уютный маленький отель.
В отеле достаточно тихо, несмотря на то, что это самый шумный центр города с вечерними концертами на набережной. Интерьер — стильный, современный и отлично сочетается с этим старинным зданием.
Итого: отзыв не самый свежий после поездки, но рекомендую как "недешёвый, но проверенный и безопасный отель", конечно, но учитывайте все описанные ниже нюансы для себя индивидуально.

I recommend this hotel, but there are a few nuances worth considering before you book.
On the one hand, the location is truly unique and stunningly beautiful. You are paying primarily for the setting and, above all, for the views from the window. You are also paying for safety, cleanliness, and relative quiet right in the very heart of the city — and in Marseille, safety is always one of the key criteria when choosing accommodation. On the other hand, at this price point you might reasonably expect a slightly higher level of comfort. In short: yes, it is overpriced because of the location and the view, but if you set that aside, it is a perfectly acceptable, modern, and cozy small hotel for a mobile solo traveler or an active couple.
Despite being located in the busiest and noisiest part of the city, with evening concerts along the waterfront, the hotel itself is quite quiet. The interior is stylish and modern, and it works very well within the historic building.
In summary: this is not the freshest post-trip review, but I would still recommend the hotel as “not cheap, but reliable and safe” — just be sure to consider all the nuances and decide what matters most to you.
