Wir wurden von Evelyne und Pascal unglaublich Warmherzig und Herzlich empfangen und haben und vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Человеку только так приятно, wie viel Liebe und Leidenschaft die beiden en dieses besondere Haus stecken.

We were welcomed with incredible warmth and kindness by Evelyne and Pascal. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. You can immediately sense all the passion and care they put into this very special place.
The evening Cognac tasting with Evelyne was a true highlight of our stay. Her vast knowledge of Cognac, her passionate and authentic way of sharing her knowledge, and her enthusiasm made this tasting absolutely fascinating and very enjoyable. A real treat!
The dinner prepared by Pascal was simply exceptional. His cuisine is refined, generous, and absolutely delicious. Every dish was a delight.
We also greatly appreciated all of Evelyne's advice about Cognac and the surrounding area. And the most incredible thing: we followed almost all of her recommendations—and each one was perfect! These are probably the best tips we have ever received while traveling.
