I decided to make a gift for my boyfriend and booked a room in the castle. With a discount coupon, the price for a standard room was €175 (the regular price is €210). Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price at all.
For this amount of money, we received a room with a dirty glass full of stains, a bathtub that looked like it had never been properly cleaned, and the toilet was the “cherry on top. ” There was also no hand soap in the room. On the wall there was only one dispenser that supposedly contained body wash, shampoo, and conditioner all in one.
We didn’t feel comfortable eating in the restaurant because the staff looked very unhappy and unwelcoming.
The spa area did lift our mood a little — there were pleasant aromas and it felt romantic in the evening. However, it was obvious that the spa also needs renovation, as many of the loungers were worn out and peeling.
Even when ordering a cocktail, we were met with unhappy looks from the staff, which made the overall experience quite disappointing.

Так же в номере небыло мыла для рук, на стене висело средство и шампунь и кондиционер, все вместе. В ресторане кушать не захотели из за недовольных лиц сотрудниц. Спа поднял настроение, приятные ароматы, вечером очень романтично, но было видно что спа тоже уже требует ремонтов, все лежаки облезлые.
