Отзыв об отеле Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort & Spa 5*

Сегодня наш последний день отдыха в Reef Oasis Blue Bay в Шарм-эль-Шейх и можем сказать — уезжаем с очень тёплыми впечатлениями.
Впечатлила красивенная территория отеля. Плюс тут и зоны отдыха, и бары, и бассейны, и система выдачи пляжных полотенец — всё комфортно невероятно.
Приятно удивил сервис, особенно вниманием к деталям. Питание разнообразное каждый день — вопреки некоторым отзывам, всегда было что выбрать.
Уборка качественная, и любые просьбы выполнялись быстро и любезно.
Во время отдыха мы немного заболели (по всей видимости подхватили еще в самолёте), и, пока были с температурой, отель предложил специальное меню с доставкой в номер — это было очень заботливо.
В день рождения поздравили фруктами в номер, тортом со свечой и песней на английском и арабском в ресторане — отдельное спасибо за атмосферу. Да и в целом с культурной программой тут полный порядок, особенно для кого это важно.
Персонал вежливый, улыбчивый и при этом ненавязчивый — всё очень корректно.
Из пожеланий — хотелось бы немного расширить пирс, в часы пик бывает тесновато.
И еще мужу чуть были твердоваты подушки и неудобна кровать, а мне окей — чисто субъективный момент. Есть смысл всё обсуждать на ресепшене, я считаю, всегда идут навстречу.
В целом отдыхом остались ну очень довольны и будем рады вернуться снова!

Today is our last day of vacation at Reef Oasis Blue Bay in Sharm El Sheikh, and we’re leaving with very warm impressions.
We were truly impressed by the beautiful hotel grounds. There are plenty of relaxation areas, bars, pools, and even a very convenient beach towel system — everything is incredibly comfortable and well organized.
The service pleasantly surprised us, especially the attention to detail. The food selection was diverse every day — despite some reviews saying otherwise, we always found plenty to enjoy. Housekeeping was good, and any requests we had were handled quickly and kindly.
During our stay we got a bit sick (most likely caught something on the plane), and while we had a fever the hotel offered a special menu delivered to our room — that was very thoughtful and much appreciated.
On a birthday, we received fruit in the room, and in the restaurant they brought a cake with a candle and sang in English and Arabic — a special thank you for creating such a warm atmosphere. Overall, the entertainment and cultural program here is well organized, especially for those who value that.
The staff throughout the hotel are polite, friendly, and never pushy — everything feels respectful and professional.
As a small suggestion, it would be great if the pier could be expanded a bit, as it can get crowded during peak hours. Also, my husband found the pillows slightly too firm and the bed a bit uncomfortable, while I was perfectly fine — so that’s purely subjective. In our experience, it’s always worth discussing any preferences at reception, as they are very accommodating.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to return again.
