Отзыв об отеле Gafy Resort Aqua Park 4*

Отель выбрали по местоположению и наличию пляжа с песчаным входом. И конечно с питанием «all inclusive» по приезду доплатили и дали шоколадку Аленка на ресепшен, что бы нам дали хороший номер. Нам заявили, что будет делюкс и конечно нас обманули. Парнишке который вцепился в наши три рюкзака и героически тащил их до номера мы дали шоколадку, на что он ответил, давайте деньги! Но шоколадку не отдал кстати) ) и потом оказалось, что каждый здесь хочет с тебя денег. За воду в номер, за алкоголь на баре (бармены воруют алкоголь и продают его, если не покупать, то грубят и не не хотят вообще обслуживать) на пляже бесплатный бар не работал и работал только платный) аниматоры здороваются только когда им что то надо, ведут себя дружелюбно только на публику, в остальном им на вас пофиг. Кстати аниматоров только неделю как поменяли и не известно что же тут до этого было! Еда это отдельный вид ужаса. Из нормального — это рис, макароны, салаты. Мясо если делают, то на него очередь и кладут маленькую порцию! Несколько раз выключали свет во всем отеле. Интернета нет, все жалуются, но всем все равно! Холодильник нам чинили 4 дня! В номере все старое, ремонт делали очень давно, как и в самом отеле. Мой друг, с которым мы приехали сюда написал здесь отзыв и почти сразу сверху написали отзыв на 5 баллов от какого то итальянца, где он благодарит какую то Катерину, хотя таких тут и нет вообще! Они ещё и отзывы подделывают. Вишенкой на торте стал наш выезд. Выселяют в 11 часов, а туроператор забирает нас в 17 часов. До этого времени нам нужно сидеть на ресепшене и ждать пока нас заберут. Хотя мы уточняли у них до этого и нам сказали что можно будет пользоваться услугами отеля, кроме номера естественно. Требуют деньги за обед! Гид от туроператора SunMar такой же злой как и все местные. Ничем не помогает.

If they make meat, it's a queue and put a small portion! The lights were turned off throughout the hotel several times. There is no Internet, everyone complains, but no one cares! Our refrigerator has been repaired for 4 days! Everything in the room is old, repairs were done a long time ago, as well as in the hotel itself. My friend, with whom we came here, wrote a review here and almost immediately from above they wrote a review for 5 points from some Italian, where he thanks some Katerina, although there are no such people here at all! They also fake reviews. The cherry on the cake was our departure. They check out at 11 a. M. And the tour operator picks us up at 5 p. M. Until then, we need to sit at the reception and wait for them to pick us up. Although we checked with them before and they told us that it would be possible to use the hotel services, except for the room, of course. They demand money for lunch! The guide from the tour operator SunMar is as evil as all the locals. It doesn't help.
