Отель Royal Star Beach — крайне разочаровал.
Трансфер начался с навязывания чаевых и свиста вслед. Номер был в ужасном состоянии: плесень по всей ванной, кондиционер не работал. Четыре дня безрезультатно обращались на ресепшен — в итоге дали другой номер, где кондиционер тоже не охлаждал, просто дул тёплым воздухом. Все 6 дней отдыха жили в жаре. Персонал на ресепшене и в барах ведёт себя нагло, общаются между собой, игнорируют гостей, создаётся ощущение, что тебе здесь не рады. При стоимости около 700 евро с человека — сервиса ноль. Отдых был испорчен.
Не рекомендую отель Royal Star Beach. Если выбирать из трёх соседних отелей, которые находятся рядом и образуют один комплекс, советую отель, который расположен посередине — он самый нормальный: хороший пляж, более чистые номера и совершенно другое отношение персонала к гостям. Туда ехать можно, а в Royal Star Beach — точно нет.
The Royal Star Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing.
The transfer started with staff demanding tips and whistling after us. The room was in terrible condition: mold all over the bathroom and the air conditioner didn’t work. We complained to the reception for four days with no result. Eventually, they gave us another room, but the air conditioner there also didn’t cool at all — it was just blowing warm air. We spent all six days of our stay in unbearable heat.
The staff at the reception and in the bars behaved rudely and arrogantly, talked loudly among themselves, and ignored guests, making it feel like visitors were not welcome at all. Considering we paid about 700 euros per person, the service was absolutely unacceptable. The vacation was ruined.
I do not recommend the Royal Star Beach Hotel. If you are choosing between the three neighboring hotels located next to each other, I recommend the one in the middle — it is the best option, with a good beach and much friendlier staff who treat guests with respect. That hotel is worth choosing, but Royal Star Beach definitely is not.
