I arrived in Prague for 2 days for work, stayed in an expensive apartment hotel, Prague Siesta Apartments, but there was no working restaurant for breakfast, went outside and went into the first nearest cafe, it turned out to be the Black Elephant restaurant; I ordered a cup of Lata, they brought me overheated coffee at an unacceptable temperature; At first, I gently hinted to the bartender that the coffee was not a success, to which there was no reaction; Realizing that this amazingly prepared latte in a prestigious area of Prague, I will not be able to drink even the next 20 minutes due to its critically overheated milk; Already openly stated that the coffee was not prepared correctly; which caused the bartender to be unflappable aggression and rudeness towards me; He started yelling at me to get out, while waving his arms at me and expressing frank disdain that I was from Ukraine, telling me to come back under my bombs; I was at a loss, I travel a lot and have never seen anything like this anywhere; I saw not only that in Prague they don’t know how to cook ordinary latte, but there is even more hatred for Ukraine; I had a long road, I just wanted to have a cup of coffee, I went out and stood waiting for my friends, but I could not hold back my tears; If you don't hate people, you shouldn't work in the service industry, and you need to learn how to make coffee before offering it to your customers.
