The best hotel in Cyprus.
Our stay at NissiBlu Beach Resort was truly amazing and will stay with us as a beautiful memory. From the very beginning, we felt a warm, welcoming, and very attentive atmosphere.
The reception team, especially Elena, are simply the best — extremely professional, kind, and always going above and beyond. For my birthday, they made my stay truly unforgettable by upgrading my room to a sea view. It was my dream to wake up on my birthday overlooking the sea, and they made it come true. They also surprised us with thoughtful gifts, including a birthday cake and wine, which was very touching. We were also given a complimentary late check-out until 6 PM, which was completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated.
Ivo, the porter, was very helpful and friendly, always offering great recommendations and making us feel very welcome from the start. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, excellent food, and a very high level of service. The breakfast is simply incredible — a huge variety for every taste, including champagne.
We really enjoyed the activities at the hotel. Natalia, the sports instructor, runs amazing yoga and aqua aerobics classes — with a good level of intensity, but always adapted individually. We also played tennis almost every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
You truly feel cared for, and the whole team creates a warm, family-like atmosphere. We will definitely come back again❣️
P. S. A very nice bonus was the free parking, which added even more comfort to our stay.
