Приїхали на 2 тижні з дитиною 1 рік і 4 місяці. Обирали готель за новизною, наявністю дитячих зон та апартаментів із повноцінною кухнею і пральною машиною.
➕ Плюси:
• Щоденне поповнення кави.
• Вчасна заміна рушників.
• Косметика у ванній кімнаті — L’Occitane.
➖ Мінуси:
• Номер хоч і новий, але вже в поганому стані.
• Прибирання проводиться щодня, але дуже неякісно: підлога постійно брудна, не пилососять або роблять це поверхнево.
• Кухню ніколи не прибирають.
• По суті, лише виносять сміття та змінюють рушники й постільну білизну.
У зоні відпочинку біля моря майже неможливо знайти вільне місце. Така ж ситуація і біля басейну — шезлонгів бракує. Я кілька разів скаржилась, але це не допомогло — додаткових шезлонгів не додають.
Харчування дуже посереднє, ближче до «нижче середнього» рівня — незалежно від того, чи замовляєте з меню, чи користуєтесь буфетом.
Воду в номер не приносять, рум-сервісу немає.

We came for 2 weeks with a 1-year and 4-month-old child. We chose the hotel based on how new it was, the presence of kids’ zones, and apartments with a full kitchen and washing machine.
➕ Pros:
• Coffee is replenished daily.
• Towels are replaced on time.
• Bathroom toiletries are by L’Occitane.
➖ Cons:
• Although the room is new, it’s already worn out.
• Cleaning is done every day, but it’s terrible — the floors are always dirty, vacuuming is either skipped or poorly done, and crumbs and dust remain.
• The kitchen is never cleaned.
• Essentially, they only take out the trash and change towels and bed linen.
In the beach relaxation area, it’s almost impossible to find a free spot. The same goes for the pool — there are not enough loungers. I complained several times, but it didn’t help — no extra loungers are added.
The food is very mediocre, below average — whether you order from the menu or use the buffet.
They don’t provide drinking water in the room. Room service is not available.
