Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
The level of service was very poor. One of the staff members, a young man with dark hair, seemed clearly unhappy to be working there, which was reflected in his attitude towards guests.
Breakfast was served in an unacceptable way. The vegetables appeared unwashed, and the meal did not match what I had ordered from the menu. What was particularly disturbing is that the administrator's finger physically touched my food while serving it, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective.
I was also left waiting for about an hour with no attention. Even a simple request for coffee was met with visible irritation, and the coffee that eventually arrived was already lukewarm.
In addition, the general appearance and behavior of the staff did not meet basic hospitality standards. Professional presentation, cleanliness, and neutral personal hygiene are fundamental in the service industry, and unfortunately this was lacking.
The room itself was acceptable, however the corridors contained dead insects that were not cleaned up, which further reflects poor maintenance of common areas.
Overall, the hotel does not meet expected standards of service and falls short of what it advertises. /Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
