Terrible attitude in the hotel spa {I am a masseuse myself and asked for a light massage, but Elena pulled my hair hard and painfully and pressed, so instead of a relaxing one I received a tonic one — and not a single massage therapist knows how to do an Ayurveda massage! } There is a lifeguard sitting in the pool on a chair far from the pool with a telephone. In the dining room there were sometimes old salads, burnt scrambled eggs, not fresh watermelon, and unappetizing desserts that had been standing for a long time. Mainly pork dishes. It is also possible to dine outdoors, but the waiter stands there only to “push” alcohol, you will have to go get everything yourself, including the dishes and carry the dirty dishes yourself. The waiters in this place come to chat with each other.
If you want to eat well, then go to a restaurant on the street.
Don’t expect a quiet holiday. There might be a festival or something else they’ll come up with and not warn you about. The hotel is very large and it’s a long walk to the dining room, always through the bar and lobby, to the pool and spa. I’m disabled, I get tired quickly, it was hard for me.
At the bar, the workers always whisper behind your back, rarely come up, don’t take fish or meat, it will be overcooked.
We vacationed in 2022 with our daughter and husband, and I still have a headache from the noise on the street, even in the pool and in the relaxation room there was no silence: either workers came with phones and spoke, or musicians rehearsed on stage during the day very loudly, especially drummers.
There is noise from the street until 00:00 from the bars and restaurants below, but much quieter than the concert. There are several small hotels down the street, and if we had more money, we would have gone to another hotel. You won’t find clothes that suit the season in stores; take everything with you. There is a cable car nearby (not open all days), and you can ride horses through the forest. This “vacation” is for a large campaign and not for a family, although there is a nanny in the room for children, paid by the hour, there is a room for yoga and cartoons, trampoline — jumping, bicycles, roller skates — it's convenient. I will not return to this place!
