В предоставленом номере была грязная постель — в песке и чужих волосах. Дверь в ванную комнату держалась на одной петле, при закрытии изнутри дверная ручка выпала и моя младшая дочь оказалась заблокирована внутри.
Она очень испугалась и долго не могла прийти в себя.
На ресепшн отказались менять номер, сказали что свободных нет. Когда зашел вопрос об отмене бронирования, свободный сразу нашли. У нового номера не работал магнитный замок. Я 4 (четыре) раза ходила менять карточки, в конечном итоге мне дали их 3 сразу и одна из них с 5-7 раза срабатывала.
У нас был оплачен полупансион — на ужине в еде был найден черный длинный волос, дети отказались там кушать. Это все было ужасно — долгое переселение, некомпетентность и нежелание персонала помагать, дальнейшие проблемы чем накормить детей.
Территория отеля всегда была не убранной — стаканы, салфетки, обертка от разнообразной еды, песок, разлитые напитки не убирались по 2-3 часа.
Но! Этот жуткий отель "догнал" нас через 2 недели.
Они заявили что из первого номера пропало 3 бутылки вина и за них заплатить должны мы.
Это просто нонсен и абсурд!
Отвратительный отель с отвратительным менеджентом и персоналом.

We paid half board — at dinner a black long hair was found in the food, the children refused to eat there. It was all terrible — long relocation, incompetence and unwillingness of the staff to help, further problems than to feed the children.
The hotel area was always not cleaned — glasses, napkins, wrappers from a variety of food, sand, spilled drinks were not cleaned for 2-3 hours.
But! This creepy hotel "caught up" with us after 2 weeks.
They said that 3 bottles of wine were missing from the first room and we had to pay for them.
This is just nonsense and absurd!
Disgusting hotel with disgusting management and staff.
