  4) Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am;

  5) Extra guests or visitors - Consult 24 hours in advance;

  7) Smoking is not allowed inside the property;

  8) Do not touch electronic devices as they can be misconfigured, use only the remote controls. Any difficulty, contact us immediately;

  9) Appliances cannot be cleaned with a sponge, only a soft cloth to avoid scratching;

  10) It is necessary to remove and dispose of garbage in the trash can.

  If you prefer, the cleaning team can take out the trash for an extra fee of 50 reais.

  11) As usual, the cleaning of the property does not include the washing of kitchen utensils/crockery.

  12) If stains are found on the upholstery or bed linen, the cleaning team may charge an extra fee

  CONDOMINIUM RULES

  under penalty of a condominium fine to be stipulated:

  1) Operation of the Beach Service: 1 umbrella, 1 table and 4 beach chairs. Weekdays: request at the beach concierge. Weekend and holiday: service now available on the beach. Except on cloudy or rainy days, the service is not available.

  In addition to the condominium's beach service, we have 2 chairs and 2 umbrellas available in the apartment for you to explore other beaches if you wish.

  2) Loud music is not allowed at any time that disturbs the neighbors, under penalty of a condominium fine;

  3) To maintain safety, it is not allowed to hang or display objects on the windows and sills of the areas so that they can be seen, or even fall and cause accidents;

  4) It is essential to maintain cleanliness and security in the building, therefore it is forbidden to knock tapestries and cloths on the windows, spit, throw papers or other objects in the corridors, stairs and common areas;

  5) Any and all damage caused to the building, in its common parts, must be compensated by whoever caused it;

  6) It is not allowed to circulate shirtless, bathing suits and other skimpy clothing in common areas of the condominium;

  7) If you have taken your pet, constant surveillance is required. Your pet cannot remain in any common area of the condominium. If he is small, he should be carried on his lap. If large, it must be driven by a guide only through the garage. Carry it on the service elevator only.

  The same care must be taken with children at all times, and never leave them alone.

  8) The use of the Condominium pools is from Tuesday to Sunday and holidays, from 07:00 to 22:00.

  9) The sauna and gym can only be used by people over 14 years old, and in the company of their guardian.

  10) It is not allowed to leave shoes or other objects in the hall, outside your apartment.

  11) Food or drinks are not allowed in the pool area.

  12) Smoking is prohibited in any area.

  «Тихие часы» для гостей : с 10:00:00 до 08:00:00.

  Необходимо оплатить страховой залог в размере R$ 300. Объект размещения взимает его за дней до заезда. Платеж производится банковским переводом. Вы получите внесенную сумму в течение 7 дней. Если осмотр номера после отъезда не выявит повреждений имущества, залог будет возмещен в полном размере посредством банковского перевода.

  Правила размещения детей: Разрешается проживание детей любого возраста. В этом объекте размещения за детей в возрасте 4 лет и старше будет взиматься оплата как за взрослых гостей. Чтобы увидеть точные цены и информацию о наличии мест, при поиске укажите количество детей в вашей группе и их возраст.

  Минимальный допустимый возраст для заезда: 23 года

  Курение запрещено.

  Нельзя проводить вечеринки/мероприятия.

  «Тихие часы» для гостей (когда нельзя шуметь): с 10:00 до 08:00.

  Размещение с домашними животными допускается. Данная услуга может быть платной.
