RU: Вся проблема была в хозяйке/администраторе данного места проживания. На ресепшене нам было сказано что оплата должна быть произведена по курсу 9.6 боливиано за доллар, при этом официальный курс в банке 6.9 боливиано. Т. Е вместо 155 боливиано нужно было заплатить 216 за 22.5 доллара цены на букинге. На каком основании, спросил я? А на таком, что на в обменниках курс иной. В обменниках максимально что мы нашли, было 9.2 боливиано за доллар. В итоге договорились на оплату по ссылке где все равно было добалено 2 доллара просто так. Пускай это все небольшие деньги, но осадок непрятный. В городе много подобных мест для ночевки и в эту я бы больше не вернулся.

At the reception, we were told that the payment must be made at the rate of 9.6 bolivianos per dollar, while the official bank rate is 6.9 bolivianos. That means instead of 155 bolivianos, we had to pay 216 for the 22.5 dollars price on Booking. On what basis, I asked? The reason given was that the rate in exchange offices is different. En la recepción nos dijeron que el pago debía realizarse a una tasa de 9.6 bolivianos por dólar, mientras que el tipo de cambio oficial en el banco es de 6.9 bolivianos. Es decir, en lugar de 155 bolivianos, tuvimos que pagar 216 por los 22.5 dólares del precio en Booking. ¿Con qué justificación?, pregunté. La respuesta fue que en las casas de cambio la tasa es diferente. Lo máximo que encontramos en las casas de cambio fue 9.2 bolivianos por dólar.
